Free Gymnastics and Rehabilitation Classes for Adults and Seniors at Park Abramowskiego

No registration required—simply come to one of 4 Łódź parks near the streetworkout equipment. Classes are led by a qualified rehabilitation and physiotherapy instructor. Classes held at: Park Podolski (Tue 10:00, Sat 10:00), Park Szarych Szeregów (Thu 14:00, Sat 13:00 in June/August/September; Tue 13:00, Sat 13:00 in July), Park Abramowskiego (Tue 13:30, Sat 11:30 in June/August/September; Tue 11:30, Sat 11:30 in July), and Zieleniec at ul.
