In as many as 4 Łódź parks, Łódź seniors can take care of their health and physical fitness at classes in outdoor gyms and street workout zones. No specialist equipment is needed to participate. All you need is a street workout zone in a park, sports clothes and enthusiasm – outdoor physical activity is the best fuel for body and spirit.
