Meetings, Łódź Wielu Kultur Festival.
A conversation dedicated to the experiences of d/Deaf women working in the arts: actresses Dominika Kozłowska and Edyta Kozub, and artist and graphic designer Kinga Hołda-Justycka. The participants will share their creative journeys, sources of inspiration, and how Deaf language and identity influence their work, as well as discuss barriers and representation of d/Deaf people in culture.
The meeting is led by Dr. Agnieszka Kołodziejczak from the University of Łódź, and the conversation will be interpreted into Polish Sign Language. The event is aimed at d/Deaf and hearing people interested in art and the role of women in culture.
