Small Festival, Łódź of Many Cultures Festival.
An outdoor installation and participatory workshop in Park Ocalałych, where a mysterious Dream Creature is the central figure, surrounded by sound and light. Festival visitors create small drawings or symbols relating to their own dreams, fears and aspirations, which become successive protective layers, scales on the sculpture's body. Over two days, the Creature transforms thanks to hundreds of such individual gestures, creating a collective portrait of participants' imagination. The project is led by the Dzivne collective, composed of Belarusian artists Ksenia Logovaïa and Yana Kasperovich, currently living in Gdańsk and combining artistic activities with social work. The event is intended for children from age 6, young people and adults, and includes a dark, enclosed interior of a bus, which is less accessible for some people with disabilities.
