From Frustration to Action: A Workshop on Meeting Your Needs for Men at Centralne Muzeum Włókiennictwa

A workshop led by trainer and psychotherapist Krzysztof Stefański, designed for men who want to expand their self-awareness and develop a more adequate way of caring for themselves, communicating their needs, and being in relationships without excessive tension or withdrawal. During the workshop you will learn: • how to recognize your own needs • what makes it difficult to recognize and express them • how you react when your needs are not met • how needs are shaped in relationships • what role your body, emotions, and relationships play in your life The workshop will take place in an intimate, men-only setting (maximum 15 participants). Krzysztof Stefański is a Gestalt psychotherapist specializing in contemporary masculinity.
