Music, Łódź Wielu Kultur Festival.
A two-hour dance session with live music where participants can learn the oberek, kujawiak, polka, and traditional dances from central Poland, such as wiwat and chodzony, without prior dance experience. The name references Yanka Rudzka, a choreographer born in Łódź who later became one of the pioneers of contemporary dance in Brazil and believed that dance emerges from people meeting through music. Led by Patryk Petersson from Łódzki Dom Tańca, with live violin, bass, frame drum, and bagpipe instruments. The event takes place Saturday morning at Centrum Dialogu and the nearby Park Ocalałych, in a building accessible for people with mobility disabilities, featuring an elevator and designated parking spaces.
