A unit with a western exposure is also a good choice—then returning from work in the afternoon hours, you'll still be able to enjoy the sun. A location on the north side is the least popular choice among investors—mainly due to low levels of sunlight.

Fifth: Access to Parking

Nowadays, even young people (high school and university students) often own their own cars to get around the city. Families often own more than one car. The need for a parking space (preferably assigned to a given apartment) is therefore obvious. Therefore, when purchasing a property, pay attention to this aspect.

Sixth: Infrastructure

When buying an apartment on the secondary market, you can check immediately during your viewing how the road and commercial infrastructure functions. When purchasing, you have certainty about what facilities surround the building where you'll live. You know the neighborhood and have insight into access to shops and service points in the area.
