Miejski Hip-Hop Festiwal – September 26

#MHHF, or Miejski Hip Hop Festiwal, is an event organized by the people responsible for the Mazury Hip-Hop Festiwal in Giżycko – so you can be sure the event will be successful and everything will be perfectly executed. The main goal of the event is to enable young, promising rappers to debut on a larger stage. In the line-up, you have a chance to hear new names in Polish hip-hop – performing will be, among others, Young Igi, Opał, bevis, and White 2115. The event will consist of concerts in five cities in Poland. In Łódź, it will take place on September 26. Who knows if you won't be witnessing the birth of a new rap star?

KARAŚ/ROGUCKI – October 2

The concert of the duo Karaś and Rogucki was supposed to take place in April. Fortunately, it was not cancelled but postponed to October. The duo is made up of names very well known from the bands Coma and The Dumplings. The musicians joined forces right after the bankruptcy of their former bands was announced. Kuba Karaś is responsible for production, Piotr Rogucki handles the lyrical content. The single "Bolesne strzały w serce" (Painful Arrows to the Heart) announcing their joint album testifies that the artists make quite a successful tandem. It will be somewhat strange and dark – a new wave of new romantic is in the making.

Możdżer Danielsson Fresco & Holland Baroque – October 8

Just Ignore It is the name of the new album and concert tour of a jazz dream team. Outstanding pianist Leszek Możdżer will perform at Klub Wytwórnia with Swedish cellist and bassist Lars Danielsson and Israeli percussionist Zohar Fresco. The brilliant music will be accompanied by the Holland Baroque orchestra. The Możdżer Danielsson Fresco trio has four studio albums to its credit – the fourth being Just Ignore It itself. By inviting Holland Baroque to collaborate, the trio unleashed new creative forces, adding a unique approach to historical music to their work. Missing this concert would be a great loss for all lovers of simply beautiful music.
