The domestic music scene has much to offer, not only in the mainstream - broadly understood alternative music has been doing great for years, even outside of it. Events in Łódź, as in the vast majority of Polish cities and towns, prove that people want to listen to ambitious music sung in Polish. On November 9th, you will hear its representatives.

Fisz Emade Tworzywo & Barbara Wrońska

Fisz Emade Tworzywo is a band founded by the Waglevski brothers, who come from a musical family. At the beginning of their career, they created hip-hop music, with Bartosz rapping and Piotr handling music production. As they developed, their sound and inspiration changed. Today they are complete artists with an established position in the market. Barbara Wrońska became known to a wider audience recently thanks to the song "Nie czekaj" (Don't Wait), which captured listeners' hearts. Today she successfully performs concerts and shares her sensitivity with others. The mentioned artists will play on the same stage, and we will be able to melt away to their music.

The Dumplings

The band's history dates back to 2011 – an important period for Polish music. That's when a generation of creators was beginning to emerge, who gained recognition and fame through the internet. Like many popular artists, the songs by "the dumplings" began appearing on the YouTube platform, where over time they gained increasing popularity, until in 2014 they released their debut album "No Bad Days". Today, the duo created by Justyna Święs and Kuba Karasia has a huge fan base and two Gold Records.

The "Przykro Mi" (Sorry) tour closes a certain chapter in the band's work. For several years they have been recording and performing almost non-stop, hence the decision to take a break from musical activity. For how long? We don't know, but we do know that it's worth attending the Łódź concert, which will take place on November 15th. The band announces that before they take a well-deserved vacation, they will give fans a dose of energy that will help them survive this difficult time without new material from the band. They also declare that the break will allow them to return with redoubled strength.

Sorry Boys

Some bands wait for success for years, many of them cease to exist in the meantime, but sometimes love of music and patience pay off. Sorry Boys has existed since 2006, but they had to wait 8 years for real success, which came with their album "Roma" – that's when the band's career took off, and they could be heard more widely on radio station broadcasts and numerous concerts. One of them will take place on November 21st at the Wytwórnia club in Łódź.

The "Miłość" (Love) tour promotes their latest release of the same title. The album was recorded entirely in Polish, which is a novelty in the band's work. On it we will hear 11 compositions characterized by extraordinary melodiousness, perfectly corresponding with the content conveyed by Bela Komoszyńska – the vocalist and lyricist. The concert is a perfect opportunity to hear how well-known compositions sound in live version.
