A large-scale mural by five artists on the roofs of two tower blocks in Zarzew, Łódź.
The mural is a joint project of five Polish artists: CEKAS, CHAZME, PROEMBRION, SEPE and TONE, created in 2014 as part of the Urban Forms Festival. The image covered two roofs of tower blocks at Morcinka 2 and 4 in Zarzew, with a combined area of over one thousand square metres.
The mural belongs to the largest in the Łódź street art collection gathered by the Urban Forms Foundation - its area is approximately 1020 square metres spread across two buildings. These types of works on the roofs of tower blocks are visible from a great distance, unlike murals on the walls of townhouses in the city centre.
Zarzew is a quiet, residential part of Łódź. The nearest described attractions are already in Widzew and Górna, including Szymonek Ancymonek and Park Podolski with an open-air fitness area.
