The mural "Searching Safety (The Bird)" was created in 2016 on a building on ulica Młynarska as part of the activities of the Urban Forms Foundation. The artist is an Israeli street artist working under the pseudonym Dede, recognised for the distinctive honeycomb motif that he paints with spray paint, and beyond murals he also creates stencils, posters and stickers.
The foundation, previously operating as the Outline Street Art Support Foundation, was established in Łódź on 31 October 2008 on the initiative of Teresa Latuszewska-Syrda and Michał Bieżyński. It organises, among other things, the Urban Forms Festival and is responsible for many murals in the Doły district, including a second mural by the same artist on ulica Organizacji WiN.
