SAINER's mural "Primavera" (Spring) on Uniwersytecka street was created for the second edition of the Urban Forms Gallery, involving Łódź art academy students completing their diplomas.
SAINER's Primavera mural decorates the wall of a building at Uniwersytecka 12 in central Łódź. It is one of the works from the second edition of Urban Forms Gallery, a permanent street art exhibition curated by the Urban Forms Foundation.
The pseudonym SAINER conceals Przemysław Blejzyk, an artist from Łódź. Together with Mateusz Gapski, known as Bezt, he forms the duo ETAM Cru, one of the recognisable pairs of Łódź street art.
The mural was created in 2012 and bears the title Primavera, meaning Spring. The work was created as part of the second edition of Urban Forms Gallery, a project in which fifth-year students also participated, realising murals as part of their diploma work.
The mural is part of a permanent street art route in Łódź's public space, accessible free of charge and without time restrictions. In the same gallery, in another part of the city, there is also a mural by SHIDA.
The next stop on this route is the mural by INTI, a monumental work on the wall of a high-rise building on Wyszyńskiego.
