About this event
Join free running training sessions lasting approximately 75 minutes. Whether you're just starting out, returning after a break, or looking to improve your performance, there's a place for you here. During the classes, we work on improving fitness, endurance, and running technique. Training in a group makes it easier to stay motivated, overcome personal barriers, and enjoy running. No registration required. Green Łódź also organizes free running sessions at Park Julianowski on Saturdays and at Lublinek on Tuesdays.
