"Coppélia"

After 26 years, Léo Delibes's "Coppélia", one of the most enchanting ballets, returns to the Łódź stage. Its return is meant to revive the magic of dance, humor, and romantic storytelling, with the performance aimed at audiences of all ages. It is a graceful story about love, illusion, and a touch of madness, transporting viewers to a world where the boundary between the living and the artificial blurs. It features colorful characters, light narration, and extraordinary choreography. The new Łódź production offers a fresh perspective on this classic: scenography, costumes, and the dancers' performance that together create a spectacle full of lightness and dance.
