Kropka + Kreska Book Festival: HOW TO BECOME AN ILLUSTRATOR AND SURVIVE | meeting

In a pleasant café atmosphere, participants will share their experiences building careers in illustration: from first steps to the everyday reality of creative work. The conversation will explore professional challenges such as irregular work schedules, finding commissions, collaboration difficulties, and pricing creative work. An important topic will also be how the Association of Polish Illustrators can help. Featuring Zosia Dzierżawska – active illustrator and president of the Association of Polish Illustrators. She illustrates children's books, creates press illustrations, and is an author and illustrator of comics. She collaborates with publishers in Poland and worldwide, and co-founded the Milan-based illustration studio Armadillo.
