Dot + Line Book Festival: PARABLES. BEYOND WORDS | Master Workshop

A parable is a short narrative-image that doesn't explain the world directly, but suggests it through metaphor and brevity. It's a form where meaning emerges between the lines and imagination completes the sense. During the workshop, participants will create their own drawn parables – simple, intuitive narratives where pattern becomes a starting point to transcend it. We will draw not "beautifully" but truthfully – seeking our own images, associations, and meanings. This is a meeting about creative freedom, about what drawing reveals, and about contact with what is internal and unexpected. BIO: Iwona Chmielewska – author and co-author of over 50 books.
