About this event
The author will present selected books, previously unpublished in Poland, published in China, Korea, and Brazil among other countries. Each was created in a different cultural context, but all share one thing: they speak of fundamental matters close to every person. These are books about life – about doubts and trust, hypocrisy and disappointments, hope, relationships with loved ones and strangers. About what is difficult to name, yet present in our daily lives. We invite everyone interested not only in books and illustration, but above all – those curious about asking themselves questions. What can we find in these books, even if we might be 'from a different story'? And can we meet in reflection and understanding, in feeling these narratives, even if each of us describes the world DIFFERENTLY?
