Festiwal Książki Kropka + Kreska: workshops WILGI I CUDOWRONKI, CZYLI PAPIEROWE PTAKOSTWORY

We'll begin with a brief conversation about the work of illustrators and children's book authors. We'll virtually visit their studios and view original illustrations, including works from "Mały atlas ptaków" (Little Atlas of Birds) by Ewa and Paweł Pawlak, which will inspire our creative play. Then together we'll create our own paper stuffed birds! The finished artworks – weather permitting and with their creators' consent – will "perch" on trees in Park Ocalałych. These paper birds, symbols of beauty and life's fragility as well as its renewal and constant transformation, will meet the Trees of the Survivors. Together, with our participation, they can become signs of memory and the strength of life that endures despite everything.
