Free Classes for Seniors from the Healthy and Active Senior Center

The project creates points in municipal clinics that serve as educational, recreational, health-promoting, and social meeting places, as well as internet cafes and community centers. CZAS operates 5 days a week offering a schedule of cyclical educational, recreational, and health-themed classes. Selected dates feature lectures, presentations, meetings with interesting people, and computer courses. The Healthy and Active Senior Centers are equipped with rooms containing computers, projectors, and infrastructure for lectures, workshops, computer classes, and sports-recreational activities available free of charge.
