Green Łódź Bike Tour "From Independence to Freedom"

We depart at 11:00 from the corner of plac Niepodległości and ul. Rzgowskiej, by the former Uniwersal department store. We'll ride approximately 24 km through Łódź along a route of symbols and places connected to the path to independence. The November timing invites reflection and shared discovery of history. Along the way we'll see natural symbols of freedom – memorial oak trees – and places of remembrance, including the Monument of Revolutionary Deed and the Museum of Independence Traditions. There will be historical stories, memories, and moments of contemplation. We also plan to light candles at a chosen location. If you'd like to participate in this gesture of remembrance, we encourage you to bring a candle or lamp. Our bike journey will end around 16:00 at plac Wolności – a place that symbolically complements our expedition's theme. Get on your bikes and join us! Let's combine active recreation with discovering Łódź's history and collectively honoring memory. Urban route, easy difficulty, approximately 25 km. The program includes a break for hot beverages and sweet refreshments. The tour will be led by Michał Remlein and Arek Łuszczyński – a duo from EC1 Nakręca. Free admission, no registration required.
