Łódź Improvised Orchestra Concert at Dworzec Fabryczny

ŁOI is a musical project operating at the intersection of composition and collective improvisation, led by conductor Julia Partyka. The orchestra functions as an ensemble with a stable yet open lineup, welcoming new musicians (interested musicians can reach out via Facebook, Instagram, or lodzkaorkiestraimprowizowana@gmail.com). The orchestra combines conducting practice with real-time composition, where form and dramaturgy are shaped live through relationships between musicians, space, and audience. Each concert is a unique artistic experience shaped by the venue's context, acoustics, and listeners. The ensemble features Szymon Przybysz on electric classical guitar, Marcin Garncarek on saxophone, Samael on beat box, and others.
