TANGO Concert - Athens Tango Ensemble and Dance Couple Performances

We cordially invite you to a wonderful concert as part of the International Tango Days Festival in Łódź, where we showcase the finest tango orchestras from around the world each year. The concert program features the most beautiful tangos, tango-waltzes and milongas arranged by the Athens Tango Ensemble. The concert will be enhanced by performances of master dance couples. ATHENS TANGO ENSEMBLE - The ensemble was founded in 2016 by bandoneon player and arranger Dimos Vougioukas and is one of Greece's leading tango groups. The formation aims to present the rich tradition of Argentine tango, combining the highest artistic level with contemporary interpretation of the genre. Since its debut in October 2016, the quintet has performed intensively in the most important concert halls.
