Explore movement at your own pace through simple movement and mindfulness practices in the museum garden. Discover what brings lightness and flow to your body, as well as what provides support and stability. Create your own bodily landscape—a map of sensations and feelings that helps you see yourself as a whole, inseparably connected with nature.
