Free Classes for Seniors from the Center for Healthy and Active Seniors

The project creates meeting points in city health centers that serve as spaces for educational, recreational, health-related, and social gatherings, as well as internet cafés and community lounges. CZAS operates 5 days a week with scheduled cyclic educational, recreational, and health-themed activities. Selected dates feature lectures, presentations, meetings with interesting people, and computer courses. The Centers for Healthy and Active Seniors are equipped with rooms containing computers, projectors, and infrastructure for lectures, workshops, computer classes, and sports-recreational activities available free of charge.
