Free Nordic Walking classes every Monday during summer holidays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at Pasaż Łódzki. Instruction provided by qualified instructor Karina Drożdżyk from Ruch i Harmonia. Perfect opportunity to improve fitness, health and well-being in a friendly atmosphere. Meeting point at Inmedio café. Walking poles provided free of charge if you don't have your own. Water provided for all participants.
