Hortitherapy (garden therapy) aims to support mental and physical health through time in nature and gardening activities. This meeting focuses on improving well-being, reducing stress, and connecting with nature through plant-based activities. Participants will have the opportunity to relax, practice mindfulness exercises, and learn the basics of hortitherapy. Meeting point: at the Botanical Garden ticket office on ul. Retkińskiej 41. No registration required. Participation in the Sunday nature walk requires a Botanical Garden entrance ticket (standard ticket – 14 PLN).
