The Botanical Garden in Łódź, in addition to its rich plant collection, has an extremely diverse fauna of invertebrates. During the walk, participants will learn about the important role of insects and other invertebrate animals in the natural environment, explore where and how best to observe them, discover the differences between selected insect orders, and how great their diversity is in the Garden – including rare and protected species. Depending on weather conditions, we will conduct observations of this extremely diverse and fascinating group of animals. Meeting point: at the Botanical Garden entrance on Retkińska street 41.
