Curatorial Tour of the Anniversary Exhibition "40 Treasures for 40 Years of the Museum of Cinematography"

The Museum of Cinematography in Łódź invites you to a curatorial tour of the exhibition "40 Treasures for 40 Years of the Museum of Cinematography," where visitors will discover the behind-the-scenes story of creating this jubilee exhibition. The curators will explain the exhibition's concept and the selection process for the displayed objects. During the tour, participants will learn what guided film, science, and culture professionals in choosing their "treasures" from the museum's extensive collection of over 90,000 artifacts. The tour will offer a personal perspective from filmmakers and cinema scholars, helping visitors better understand the collection's significance for Polish cinema history.
