Join our regular pilates class "Poranny rozruch" (Morning Workout) held every Thursday at 10:00. This is a gentle body activation focusing on mobility and mindful movement to start your day with ease. The class is designed for those wanting to begin their day at a calm pace, care for their body, and find balance. Classes last 50 minutes, with gathering at 9:50 at the main entrance to Orientarium. Participation is included with your zoo admission ticket.
