Potańcówka bez granic. Musical and Dance Educational Meeting

A musical and dance educational meeting for all participants and guests of the "Bodies and Voices in Dialogue" project ("Mindfulness Laboratory" and "Presence Exercises"). We invite seniors, people with disabilities, youth, artists, and everyone else who wants to dance, improvise, and celebrate diversity in a safe and joyful atmosphere at the foyer of Teatr Jaracza. The meeting includes a group warm-up, a short improvisation workshop, and activities inspired by "Presence Exercises" and "Mindfulness Laboratory" workshops. The dance gathering will be a space of freedom, spontaneity, and mutual discovery – without barriers, without hierarchy, without limits.
