FAMILY MEETINGS AT BOTANIKU "MINDFUL WALK IN THE GARDEN" - 27.06.2026 at 11:00

This time we will engage our senses in experiencing nature. We will look carefully, listen, touch, and smell. Diverse activities and sensory games will help us focus on the present moment. The shared walk will include elements of forest bathing - immersing ourselves in nature with all our senses. A guided relaxation session is also planned. We invite parents or guardians and grandparents with grandchildren (ages 4-12) to join the "From Junior to Senior - FAMILY MEETINGS AT BOTANIKU" cycle. Participation requires prior registration by calling 601 811 757 or 42 628 72 34 on weekdays between 7:30-14:30.
