A practice for everyone - beginners, advanced, and all who want to reconnect with their body and release tension. No registration needed, just come. Bring your own mat, comfortable clothes, water, and some time for yourself. Enjoy a peaceful weekend start, body and mind relaxation, self-connection, and energy for the rest of your day.
