A healthy mind in a healthy body – we'll prove it together! The Łódź Sports Club participates in the XII Łódź Senioralia. From May 16-24, the city belongs to seniors, and the multi-sport ŁKS will be part of it with offerings combining sport, entertainment, and positive energy. On Thursday, May 21, as part of Senioralia, we invite seniors to participate in a great gymnastics session at Al. Unii Lubelskiej 2 in Łódź. Schedule: 10:00-10:20 | Football exercises with ŁKS Łódź trainers Ryszard Robakiewicz and Łukasz Rusinek; 10:20-10:30 | Break; 10:30-10:50 | Exercises with trainers from ŁKS Commercecon Łódź (women's volleyball); 10:50-11:00 | Break.
