Seniors Resistant to Misinformation | workshops at Centrum Dialogu

Workshops for seniors focused on online safety and misinformation recognition. Participants will learn how algorithms and information bubbles work and how social media impacts the content we see daily. The meeting will cover the most common types of false information, manipulation, and online threats, including data and money extortion scams. The workshops will be led by specialists from the Demagog Foundation. Seniors will learn practical ways to recognize fake news, AI-generated content, and cybercriminal tactics. In the practical session, participants will learn to use simple tools for verifying information and graphics, enabling them to navigate online more safely and effectively.
