SLOW ART - creativity and integration at MSK: Górna - Ośrodek Górna

SLOW ART is a creative project promoting mindfulness and cultural accessibility. Join participants from Środowiskowego Domu Samopomocy PSONI Koło in Łódź as we explore industrial heritage through dance, music, and art-making. Designed for people with intellectual and physical disabilities, this program emphasizes the journey over the destination, allowing deep integration and sensory discovery. Creative workshops run from April 22 to June 10 (10:00-15:00), featuring 15 sessions of dance and collaborative creation. Culture has no barriers—art is best experienced when we take time to savor it.
