A practice for everyone—beginners, advanced, and all who want to reconnect with their body and release tension. No registration needed, just come. Bring your own mat, comfortable clothes, water, and some time for yourself. Enjoy a peaceful weekend start, body and mind relaxation, self-connection, and energy for the rest of your day.
