Saturdays with Wajda at the Cinema Polonia Exhibition | National Centre for Film Culture EC1

Poland's largest exhibition showcasing over 130 years of national cinema, featuring extensive themes related to director Andrzej Wajda: his family history, experiences, choices, and artistic legacy—the circumstances in which he lived and worked. Join us in celebrating Wajda Year. Guided tours will be held monthly through the end of 2026, scheduled on Saturdays in honor of Andrzej Wajda's birthday. Each tour focuses on different aspects of the director's work, timed with film premiere anniversaries and other significant events. For example, on May 23rd, the next tour will feature an extended discussion of 'Ashes and Diamonds,' Wajda's film based on Jerzy Andrzejewski's novel.
