SUPERNOVA

A ballet diptych created for the Łódź ballet ensemble by renowned contemporary choreographers Sharon Eyal, Gaia Behara, and Jacek Przybyłowicz. Supernova explores the paradox that what appears as the birth of a new star is actually a process beginning with planetary collapse, giving rise to new existence. The production examines our current era as one marked by the twilight of old agreements, social pacts, and the status quo that once provided historical security. 'Echoes' balances between reality and the past, highlighted by Adam Walicki's music that blends contemporary sounds with classical forms.
