Asparagus in the Spotlight! – Seasonal Flavors Festival at Manufaktura

At Al Dente, guests can enjoy three seasonal dishes: spaghetti carbonara with asparagus and Gran Regale cheese (50.80 zł), aglio e olio with asparagus emulsion, shrimp and green asparagus (50.80 zł), and green asparagus with roasted camembert, olives, tomatoes and anchovies, served with bread (43.30 zł). Rajskie Manu offers spring combinations: potato pancakes with asparagus, spring vegetables, hollandaise sauce and amber cheese (48 zł), salad with asparagus, strawberries, poached egg, almonds and balsamic sauce (41 zł), and corn-fed chicken breast supreme with sweet potato puree, wild broccoli, asparagus, leek crust and chimichurri sauce (49 zł).
