Free Tai Chi classes every summer Monday from 10:00–11:00, led by qualified instructors from Szkoła Tai Chi Guangfu. Perfect for maintaining health, balance, and staying active, regardless of age or fitness level. Beginner-friendly and open to all. Classes take place indoors at Pasaż Łódzki, so weather won't disrupt your plans. Meet at the HalfPrice store. Water provided for all participants.
