VOŁOSI at Klub Wooltura

Recommended by the best: "Vibrant!" The Guardian, "Dazzling!" RFWM Festival, "Boundary-pushing" BBC VOŁOSI has performed over 950 concerts worldwide. They emerged from the heart of the Polish mountains as a result of an unexpected meeting between local musicians and contemporary artists from Silesia. Curiosity led them to uninhibited and wild improvisation sessions. Diversity shaped their style, which encompasses everything from memorable, beautiful melodies to ecstatic frenzy. You can sense traces of rock, punk, jazz, film music, seasoned with ambient sections, but the fact that it's all performed on string instruments makes them a true phenomenon. VOŁOSI's strength lies in how they release emotions – it's exciting, amusing, moving, angry, relaxing, unsettling, pleasant, and ultimately, this mix creates a liberating and exceptionally satisfying experience.
