In Search of Wild Nature in the City. A Walk with Stanisław Łubieński

During this walk, we will create a catalog of urban plants, birds, and invertebrates and explore what allows them to survive in such conditions. We will trek and observe nature in Park Reymonta, adjacent to our museum. We will meet on a Sunday morning, when nature is still fully visible to us. The walk will be led by Stanisław Łubieński, a Warsaw writer, essayist, and nature observer, author of books on the relationship between city and nature, including "Twelve Magpies by the Tail," "A Book About Garbage," and the reportage "Second Life of the Black Cat," for which he received the Polityka Passport in the Book category in January. Stanisław popularizes knowledge about wild nature in the city, demonstrating that birds, plants, and other species thrive there.
