An Evening with Leon Weintraub, Survivor of the Łódź Ghetto, at Centrum Dialogu

On August 26 at 18:00, we invite you to a special meeting dedicated to Dr. Leon Weintraub – a Łódź resident who survived the Łódź ghetto and the concentration camps Auschwitz-Birkenau, Gross-Rosen, and Flossenbürg, a physician, Advocate for Reconciliation, and Honorary Citizen of the City of Łódź. On this day, the documentary "L'dor vador" will also have its world premiere, created by two young German filmmakers – brothers Dean and David Körzdörfer. As Yad Vashem Chairman Dani Dayan says: "We are at a generational crossroads – nothing can replace looking into the eyes of a Survivor."
