Grand Finale of the XII Łódź Senioralia at Stadion Miejski przy Piłsudskiego

Participants will have the opportunity to walk on the stadium pitch, visit the locker rooms, and explore areas normally inaccessible to residents. The program includes panel discussions, workshops for families, and a Health Village promoting prevention and active lifestyle. This year's finale will feature personalities from media, culture, and health sectors, including a discussion panel "The Art of Good Living" with Jolanta Kwaśniewska, Zygmunt Chajzer, Sylwia Dobrzycka, and prof. Marek Żak, as well as a training session with Mariola Bojarska-Ferenc, and a meeting titled "Life Harmony" with Omena Mensah.
