Extreme Łódź – the most interesting attractions for adventure seekers

Some people associate the city only with museums and monuments worth seeing. Others – with a place teeming with life, especially during nighttime hours. It turns out, however, that those seeking extreme attractions, hungry for adventure and unique experiences, will also find something for themselves. Below we present several different proposals for fans of strong sensations.

Rope Park

The rope park, which almost every Łódź resident is familiar with, is located in Arturówek. Both extreme sensation seekers and entire families wanting to spend time actively can visit it. Individual clients can choose one of five tree trails, including the popular tyrolean course, which is a zip line route. It's worth knowing that we also have rope parks at Stawy Jana and on Młynek, adapting their offer to different age groups and abilities.

Battle Arena: experience the taste of competition

Another proposal is... a clash at Battle Arena. Of course, it's not about actual fighting, but about healthy competition between game participants. We're talking about paintball, which is enjoying increasing interest among Łódź residents. The Battle Arena terrain is just 15 km from the center of Łódź – it's a facility of as many as 8 hectares of buildings, forests and trenches. A perfect idea for spending free time, and even... a bachelor party!

Wake&Roll Park

Until recently, wakeboarding seemed like a somewhat exotic form of entertainment that could only be experienced on vacation. Currently, in many large cities you can try your hand at this activity. The same is true in Łódź – fans of this water sport can visit Wake&Roll Park, located in Park 1 Maja by Łódź's largest water reservoir – Stawy Stefańskiego. Visitors have at their disposal a dual-pylon water ski lift for water skiing, wakeskate and wakeboarding.

Zip line at Manufaktura

Sounds like science fiction? Not at all. In Łódź you can zip down a line... right above the Manufaktura marketplace. The steel cable is suspended 15 meters above the ground, allowing those zipping down to admire the city panorama and view Manufaktura from a slightly different perspective. It's worth remembering that, as with other attractions, this ride operates during the summer season.

Paragliding flight

For everyone who wants to take to the skies and experience unforgettable moments, a paragliding flight is an excellent option. However, to take advantage of this attraction, you need to travel about 50 km outside the city, to Łęki Kościelne, where from May to October (the start and end of the season depend on weather conditions) paragliding flights take place.
