Although many people complain about Łódź's flat landscape, in reality in our city and its surroundings we can successfully find quite a few places perfect for sledding or tobogganing. There is no shortage of neighborhood "slopes" and slightly more distant elevations away from residential areas, which are crowded every year by lovers of snowy fun. Regardless of which area you live in, you will certainly find a place worth visiting nearby!

Górka Widzewska
Located in a park between Chmielewskiego and Milionowa streets, this slope doesn't look like a typical elevation from afar, yet it works wonderfully as a gentle slope. The large space ensures that there will be room for everyone.
Karolew: slope on Kusocińskiego Street
Near the Carrefour store, by the "Karolek" playground, there is a small slope beloved by local residents. It has become famous because while sledding down it, you can try to slalom between tires – legend has it that no one has yet managed to complete the entire course.
Teofilów: slope on Pasjonistów Street
An excellent place for fun for the youngest and less experienced sledders. Local residents love this spot, and in winter it is always full of excited little ones – it's a great place for first sledding runs!
Żabieniec: slope on Łanowa Street
Located near primary school no. 182, this slope is another excellent option for parents of small children. The gentle elevation works great as a place for first attempts at sledding.
Olechów: slope on Hetmańska Street
Not far from the local Biedronka store is a slope for more experienced sledders. Regular visitors claim that the runs are not necessarily smooth, which is why they provide plenty of excitement.
ASP (slope on Wojska Polskiego Street)
The park at the university is a real treat for winter sports enthusiasts – even those without any equipment. As it happens, the temporary slopes there are perfect for sledding down on just about anything!
Park Helenów
An impressive slope looks really spectacular, which is why it never lacks lovers of winter fun. However, caution should be exercised, as the "triple" slope ends on a frozen sheet of water!
Rudzka Góra
An artificial elevation with a bobsled run is a favorite attraction for many Łódź residents – not only in the colder part of the year. It is perfect for practicing various winter sports, which is why it always attracts active local residents to its slopes.
"Whale" on Włókniarzy Street
The slope located at the intersection with Drewnowska Street owes its name to its characteristic shape. Although it is located next to a busy street, there is never a shortage of people eager to have fun in the snow!
Z dzieciakami warto tez podjechać do Parku Baden-Powella na Radiostacji. Fajna górka w śnieżne dni.
