The area between buildings 331 and 332 in the Dolnośląskie estate emerged as a project in Bełchatów's Citizen Budget 2019. The project included lighting, benches and waste bins, that is basic equipment for a place to walk and rest.
The Dolnośląskie estate has been developing since 1977 and is inhabited by approximately 20,000 people. Park Osiedlowy is one of few green areas in this densely built part of Bełchatów.
