Pool and sauna

The history of MOSiR Zgierz

The Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre in Zgierz grew out of a sports club founded in 1933 at the local Chemical Factory. Three years later, in 1936, a sports complex was built on ul. Wschodnia [Eastern Street] with a football pitch, an athletics track, a shooting range and facilities for athletes. From that post-war tradition grew today's network of facilities run by the municipal sports centre, to which the pool on Leśmiana belongs.

Opening hours and discounts

The pool is open Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 22:00, Saturday from 8:00 to 22:00, and Sunday from 11:00 to 20:00, with the last entry at 21:00. Reduced rates are available for students up to 25 years of age, school-age children, seniors and people with disabilities. Hours may be adjusted seasonally, so it is worth checking the MOSiR website before your visit.
