Free outdoor stretching classes organized by Fit Fabric and the Municipal Green Management in Łódź. Meet on a large meadow near the pond at 18:00. Bring a mat or towel for comfort. On sunny days, remember to bring sunscreen, a hat, water or isotonic drink, and a small towel or water spray for cooling down.
