Opening of the exhibition "Wycinki" at Galerii Biblio-Art Politechniki Łódzkie

Jerzy Maciej Koba – photographer and animator of artistic life, connected with the Łódź creative community. He specializes primarily in portrait photography – initially analog, since the 1990s also digital – as well as printing and professional framing of photographs, graphics and paintings. His interests also include landscape, still life and experiments with images. He treats photography as a starting point for further creative work – also creating original forms of presenting works, such as album-objects and catalogs. Artist's statement: This presentation is "Wycinki" (Clippings); a way of telling about my photographic life, an extraordinary collection of photographs, a visual autobiography and archive from 1969-2026. The photographs I present to you are points on a map of time.
